Kerry Coaching and Games are organising skills competitions for players in the under 13 age group. The aim of the event is to give the club under 13 players an opportunity to take part in team skills competition. Three competitions will be run off in the District and each team consists of 3 boys. The first two sets of skills competitions took place on Tuesday, 31 March, with teams from Legion, Spa, Dr Crokes, Fossa, Firies and Listry competing in Spa and teams from Rathmore, Glenflesk, Kilcummin and Gneeveguilla competing in Glenflesk. The third group compete on Wednesday (1st April) in Kenmare and will involve under 13 players from Kenmare, Templenoe, Kilgarvan and Tuosist clubs. The top team at each venue qualifies for the county final, which will take place on Thursday the 9th April. Details of time and venue will be notified to clubs in due course.
