U13 County Skills, U8/U10 Blitzes and U8 Club Go Games

Well Done U13 County Skills 2017

Firies and Templenoe clubs represented East Kerry/ Kenmare in the county final on Thursday in Caherslee. All players performed  well on the day. The format was teams of three with all players scores to count. Firies club team (Stephen Palmer, James Horgan and Aaron Burke) finished third on the day. Well done to all concerned the standard was superb.

U8/U10 Go Games Blitzes 2017

Kerry Coaching and Games organised county blitz days in John Mitchels during the week. The games were played in great spirit with all teams performing well over the two days. East Kerry/ Kenmare clubs were well represented with Kenmare, Glenflesk, Kilcummin and Listry enjoying the experience. Thanks to Gary Vaughan (Spa), Ryan Kelliher (Spa), Dara Fleming (Glenflesk) and Sean OSullivan (Listry) for refereeing the matches. Jamie OSullivan (Gneeveguilla) provided great support to all clubs over the two days.

U8 Club Go Games 2017

East Kerry/ Kenmare club U8 Go Games will be starting on the week of the 1st of May. The host club must contact all clubs taking part in their games. Clubs may select any night that suits them to run the event over three weeks. It is vital that the Club books their own field with the Club Committee.  Coaching Officers have received a list of St Brendans College students to support them to referee the games. The result of the matches is not important players getting match practice and enjoying the experience is the main aim. Go Games U8 Blitzes in May are as follows: Dr Crokes (H), Spa and Fossa; Glenflesk (H)  Rathmore and Gneeveguilla; Firies (H)  Legion, Kilcummin and Listry; Templenoe (H) Kenmare, Kilgarvan, Tuosist and Sneem.
