Rules
As agreed at East Region Coiste na nOg meeting on Monday 25 March 2019.
The teams that finish in the top four in their section (1A and 1B) will play the teams who finish in the same position on the opposite side to make up our Div 1,2,3,4 finals.
These finals will be played at a neutral venue.
Any Ties after the league phase will be decided by the head to head result between the teams involved (not point difference)
Play off if necessary.
For Division 5
13 aside can be played in the league phase only when a team has less that 17 players togged off on the night.
All finals will be 15 a side.
The team who tops this Division will go straight to the final (neutral venue).
2nd v 3rd in a semi final (neutral venue)
No games will be called off without an AGREED new fixture arranged between the clubs involved.
Any refixtures must be played before the last round of fixtures.
**Please note if changing games, they can be brought forward as well as being put back.
Any team that fails to complete all the League games will not be allowed to play in our finals.
In the event of colour clash the Home team must change.
The Board will appoint referees to all games, fees (30Euro) to be paid by the HOME club.
