The launch of the East Kerry All Star Awards 2015, jointly sponsored by The Kerryman,The Aquila Club, Gleneagle Hotel and the East Kerry Board was held in the Gleneagle Hotel, on Wednesday evening the 2nd September 2015.
Our sponsors, John Feerick Managing Director The Kerryman, Paul Brennan Sports Editor, The Kerry man newspaper and Eamonn Quigley Manager, Aquila Club Gleneagle hotel joined Board Officers, the 2014 Senior Player of the year (Mark Reen, Rathmore) and the Fr Galvin player of the year, Fossa’s Tadgh O’Shea, along with club officers and juvenile players, the latter being East Kerry’s potential future all stars for the launch. These All Star Awards honour players for their performances in the Aquila club O’ Donoghue Cup Senior championship and Fr Galvin Cup Intermediate championship, which is eagerly awaited.
This year the East Kerry All Star Awards are in their seventh year. These All Star Awards honour players for their performances in the East Kerry Senior Championship, the Aquila O’ Donoghue Cup competition and the Intermediate Championship, the Fr Galvin Cup, both sponsored by the Aquila Club, Gleneagle Hotel.
