Under 10 Go Games

East Kerry/ Kenmare Under 10 Go Games will be starting on the 5th of June 2017. It is important that all host clubs organize club field and young referees (St Brendans College) over the three nights. Host clubs are asked to contact teams in the group. All games will be completed over one hour on three nights.

Legion (H)   Glenflesk and  Firies.

Kilcummin (H)  Dr Crokes and  Gneeveguilla.

Fossa (H)   Rathmore, Listry and Spa.

Kenmare (H)  Templenoe, Kilgarvan, Tuosist, and Sneem.

Girls Skills Results: 

East Kerry girls skills competition took place on Tuesday in Lewis Road. The format was team of three players with all scores to count. Gaelscoil Fathleann NS (Laura Nieili, Jade Ni Riordan, Rocha Chlumhan) won the team event. Sarra Neher (Lissivigeen NS) qualified in the individual section

Eoghan Ruadh girls skills competition took place in Glenflesk on Thursday. The standard was excellent on the day. Holy Family NS Rathmore (Yasmin O Brien, Megan O Donoghue, Aoife Randles) secured top spot in the team event. Michele Cronin (Shrone NS) qualified in the individual section.

Kenmare District Board skills competition took place in Kenmare on Friday. Sneem NS (Catrina Casey, Gemma O Brien, Niamh O Sullivan) won the team event. Chloe Cremin (Realt Na Mara NS Tuosist) won the individual section with a great performance.

Thanks to all teachers for assisting on the days of the competitions. Clubs continue to promote the event providing excellent venues with St Brendans College and PS Inver Sceine students supporting Vince Cooper and Gavin Crowley in running all events.

 

 Kenmare District Board

Gavin Crowley (Kerry Senior) will be delivering a coaching workshop for coaches in the Kenmare District Board. The conditioned game topic is aimed at all club coaches working with players from U14 to U18 age levels. All players on the Kenmare District Board U14 panel are asked to attend at 6.30 pm on the night. This is an excellent opportunity for club coaches to gain valuable coaching tips on the night.
