A minutes silence was observed before both semi finals in honour and memory – on Saturday – of the late Tom Brosnan, R.I.P. Knockanimmarish, Glenflesk Vice President East Kerry C.L.G. & founding member of St Agatha’s Glenflesk C.L.G. and – on Sunday – of the late John Coffey, R.I.P. Lewis Road, Killarney and Dr Crokes C.L.G. John won an East Kerry C.L.G. title playing with Beaufort C.L.G. at a time when Beaufort were members of East Kerry District Board.
